Do you direct bill?
Unfortunately, no. Direct billing is not available at this time. Some health benefits programs cover therapy provided by a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, some do not. Please check with your benefits provider. I do offer competitive rates with this in mind.
How long will therapy session last?
Typically each appointment lasts 50 minutes. This duration is designed to provide time for therapeutic work while maintaining a structure that respects your time and energy. The number of follow up appointments vary. I will always be transparent with you on where we are and collaborative on where we are aiming to get your health.
